Early Bird: 560 EUR - ticket purchased up to 30.09.2025
Final Release: 610 EUR - ticket purchased from 01.10.2025 to 19.03.2026
Transactions will be carried out via payment links.
At the User's request, it is possible to issue an invoice for the purchased ticket. To do so, please contact us at kontakt@korneliamulak.com and provide the necessary billing details.
The complaint procedure includes the case of an entrepreneur making purchases for purposes related to their business, which does not, however, have a professional nature for the buyer - e.g. if the ticket does not arrive by email after payment.
I understand that pilates classes, as with any sport, can lead to physical injuries and personally take the risk of all injuries. I promise to make all the legitimate efforts to keep myself safe.
I understand that the equipment used during pilates exercises can be dangerous if it is used improperly, and I will follow the instructors’ strict instructions for each use of the equipment.
I agree that neither I nor my legal representative will make a claim or initiate any trial against Pilango® Kornelia Mulak for any injuries or damage resulting from my participation in the conference’s pilates classes. I agree to protect Pilango® Kornelia Mulak against all injuries I may take as a result of participating in the pilates classes.
If I'm pregnant or if I become pregnant, or if I suffer a serious injury or ailment, I will stop training until I get a written permission from my doctor.
Pilango Kornelia Mulak is the sole owner of the copyright to all photographic materials and video recordings that will be created during the Contrology Pilates Conference.
I have read this contract carefully and fully understand its content. I am aware that this is an agreement between Pilango® Kornelia Mulak Pilates and me and I agree to it of my own free will.
1. The Administrator, through the Website and other forms of communication, collects and processes the following personal data of Users provided during the registration processes on the Website: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number.
2. The processing of your personal data allows us to provide services, e.g. processing orders, contact related to the performance of the contract, as well as sending marketing information (including the newsletter).
3. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for a period in accordance with applicable regulations, taking into account the statute of limitations for claims and tax liabilities. Personal data for the processing of which you have consented will be stored until you withdraw your consent.
3. The user has the right to inspect and change his personal data at any time, as well as to request the Administrator to immediately remove them ("the right to be forgotten").
4. You can submit requests regarding the processing of personal data by e-mail to the data controller's address kontakt@korneliamulak.com
5. Your personal data may be transferred to the payment operator.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
9. Voluntary Provision of Data and Payment Processing
Providing personal data by the User is entirely voluntary, but necessary to register for the Contrology Pilates Conference and to complete the payment process. Payment transactions are carried out via external payment links provided by the iMoje payment service (operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A.). After clicking the link, the User is redirected to the secure iMoje payment system to complete the transaction using their chosen payment method. The Organizer does not process or store any credit card data or online banking login information.
